Preppy Layouts - My Way

im going to try to explain the best i can the easy way. Im not that great on it but i learned a certian way on someone site. also look at alot of tutorials on youtube. How ever Remember to always Give credit where credit is due.
So First you want to plan out your site on HTMl Frist before you get started on working on something.
Heres My template Incase you want to use it. Please credit.

This layout is like the one you see on the main page. I hope i don't leave anything out on what to do next. If you know PHP your going to need to break this up into Footer.php, header.php and index.php.
Ok lets start with the file "header.php". Your going to open your notepad and copy everything down to

Now lets move to Footer your going to copy everything in the footer part which is < /div> footer all the way down to /html>..
Now for Index.php you are going to copy the middle part and your going to add this before you add what you need to add..
